Southwest Salad

These are leftovers y’all. From our previous nights dinner, grilled chicken with avocado salsa. Both options are so, so good. For the leftover salad, I chopped the chicken and topped green leaf lettuce with the avocado salsa, black olives, mozzarella cheese, and tortilla salad strips.
